We carry out Testing & Inspection on all types of Domestic, Commercial & Industrial property.
Periodic testing of Commercial & Industrial properties is an essential part of ensuring compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 & The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
We provide Testing & certification for Domestic properties for any purpose - whether it be a report on the condition of property before purchase or Landlord certification to comply with Duty of care to tenants . Generally Domestic properties should be Inspected & tested every 10 years or change of tenancy.
Landlords also have a duty of care to their tenants - again this comes in the form of Testing & Inspection of the electrical Installation
PAT testing - Portable appliance testing and Emergency Lighting Tests should also be considered to Comply with all Regulations.
